The Domino Chick
This room is where it’s at
Tuesday, January 24th, 2006
On Sunday, Susan and I delivered our first session in the Dolphin in Southern Hemisphere I. The room was notable not just for its size but because the sound guy is really awesome AND he's named Tom Jones. Anyway, I headed back over there this morning to catch a great BootCamp session by Rob Gearhart on tuning Domino memory usage, and checked the schedule - every single session in that room today is absolutely a must-see! I felt like I could stay in there all day long, and not just because I'm presenting there later today. Let's take a look at the sessions (will link later):8:30 AM - 9:30 AM - ID111 - Tuning Memory Usage on Your IBM Lotus Domino Server
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - ID112 - Using IBM Lotus Domino Domain Monitoring in the Real World
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM - ID104 - Best Practices Upgrading to IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 7 in Your Production Environment (R1 - this one was overflowing as of a few minutes after 11, so be sure to get there early for the repeat if you missed it)
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - AD208 - Bridging Worlds with the IBM Lotus Domino JSP Tag Library
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - ID115 - Lotus Domino: An Intimate Relationship with Memory, CPUs and Storage
4:15 PM - 5:15 PM - ID113 - Maximize the Power of AdminP in IBM Lotus Domino (highly recommended, since I am one of the speakers)
All the sessions are amazing and this is shaping up to be the best Lotusphere I can remember in a long time. Remember to stop by and say hi!
